Acts are laws made by Parliament
(1) This subsection inserted the definitions of the terms Director of Maritime Safety, Maritime facilities, Maritime Safety Authority, Navigational aid, Navigation bylaws, Pleasure craft, and Ship, Section 2(1) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, in their appropriate alphabetical order, the following definitions:
