2 Fees
  • (1) The fee for supplying a certificate under section 19(1) of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986 of the particulars of all persons who are or have been registered owners of a specified motor vehicle is $11.25.

    (2) Except as provided in subclauses (3) to (5) of this regulation, the fee for a certificate under section 19(2) of that Act of the name and address of the current registered owner of a specified motor vehicle is $2.25.

    (3) Where the information that would be contained in a certificate given under section 19(2) of that Act is given by telephone, the fee is 85 cents.

    (4) Where the information that would be contained in a certificate given under section 19(2) of that Act is given in the form of a list relating to 2 or more vehicles and is given for the purposes of the enforcement of any Act to any constable, traffic officer, parking warden, or other person employed by the Crown or a local authority, the fee is 55 cents in respect of each vehicle.

    (5) Where the information that would be contained in a certificate given under section 19(2) of that Act is sought and given by diskette, and is given for the purposes of the enforcement of any Act to any constable, traffic officer, parking warden, or other person employed by the Crown or a local authority, the fee is $11.25 per diskette plus 34 cents in respect of each vehicle.
