3 Amount of goods and services tax included

It is hereby declared that the fees fixed by these regulations are inclusive of goods and services tax payable under the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985.
Regulation 3: amended, on 1 October 2010, by regulation 4 of the Transport (Fees for Details of Register) Amendment Regulations 2010 (SR 2010/285).
