J.B.L. Consolidated Limited, which is subject to receivership under the Companies Special Investigations Act 1958 as at the commencement of this order by virtue of the Companies Special Investigations Order 1972 (SR 1972/111), becomes subject to statutory management under the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Act 1989.
