substitute new Parts dealing with restrictions on who may do what kinds of electrical work, the registration of electrical workers, and disciplinary matters:
make changes to provisions relating to the Electrical Workers Registration Board:

make associated technical and transitional changes.
The provisions brought into force by this order come into force at the same time as the Electricity (Safety) Regulations 2010, which replace the Electricity Regulations 1997.
