Pursuant to sections 74C and 75C of the War Pensions Act 1954, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

1 Title

2 Commencement

3 Increasing rates of pensions, lump sum payments, and allowances to reflect changes in CPI

4 Further increases to certain amounts

5 Revocation

Schedule 1
Increases to rates of pensions, lump sum payments, and allowances payable under War Pensions Act 1954

Schedule 2
Further increases to rates of veterans' pensions payable under War Pensions Act 1954
