Pursuant to sections 167 and 216 of the Land Transport Act 1998, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

1 Title

  • This order is the Land Transport (Traction Engine Safety) Regulations Revocation Order 2010.

2 Commencement

  • This order comes into force on 1 April 2010.

3 Revocation

This order, which comes into force on 1 April 2010, revokes the Land Transport (Traction Engine Safety) Regulations 2006.
